## PROJECT OVERVIEW

VUCA Digital, the company behind CROWN Token and ADOT Marketplace Project, reimagines intellectual property and expands business opportunities within the entertainment, media, and tech industries.

Under this umbrella, we have a global entertainment and intellectual property (IP) token — known as CROWN Token — as well as our ADOT Marketplace, which is the first all-in-one IP NFT platform powered by ERC-6551.

The IP NFTs on ADOT create value in both Web3 and the physical world for holders and creators.

The IP NFTs with ERC-6551 are truly a revolution. Unlike others, the issuance of IP NFTs and CROWN is based on IP that will continue to expand its value in the digital and physical & commercial worlds. This means that as the IP continues to develop and expand to adjacent businesses like comics, movies, and co-branding, the holder of the IP NFTs and CROWN, as a supporter of the IP, will continue to receive value, privileges, or rewards.
